What is the difference between land law and maritime law. Common law requires the presence of a jury to make an impartial verdict. However, maritime law requires admiralty law courts to try maritime cases without the presence of a jury. In maritime law, it's common for shipping vessels to receive the status of legal persons. Maritime law used to apply only to American waters within the ebb and flow of the tide. However, it now covers any waters navigable within the United States for interstate or foreign commerce. The Jones Act is a federal law that regulates maritime commerce in the United States. The Jones Act requires goods shipped between U.S. ports to be transported on ships that are built, owned, and operated by United States citizens or permanent residents. Maritime law, also known as admiralty law, is domestic. The law of the sea is international. The law of the sea is a body of laws, customs, and international agreements that apply to all nations. Today's general maritime law consists of the common forms, terms, rules, standards and practices of the maritime shipping industry using standard form bills of lading, charterparties, marine insurance policies and sales contracts are good examples of common forms and the accepted meaning of the terms. 
Let’s break this down. Common law is nation land law with people. Maritime law is international sea law with vessels. Land law governs with a jury while maritime law governs with maritime courts. Did you notice the phrase above in the gobblygook that said “In maritime law, it's common for shipping vessels to receive the status of legal persons”? This is the trick. A sovereign nationalist reverses common law of person to vessel. So in laymen’s terms, a vessel at sea is a person and a person on land is a vessel. If maritime law never referred to vessels as people, then sovereign nationalists couldn’t refer to themselves as vessels. This is why many win in court not because the judge is stupid about land law, but because the person represents themselves as a vessel confuses the judge. There is no evidence to support that we on land are indeed vessels. If there was, it is hidden. There is no evidence to support that we are under maritime law as the judge doesn’t rule under maritime law.
Those who produce victory in court using themselves as a sovereign vessel of the sea merely just wastes the courts time for offenses that are merely a few thousand dollars. The judge most likely thinks the accused representing themselves is crazy and it would cost more money to fight against his reasoning than it would be to dismiss the case altogether. I have watched many videos of sovereigns arguing in court. Not one judge admits the information told by the defendant about their rights were indeed right. They simply got tired of arguing with what they think is nonsense given the fact the judge isn’t qualified to judge maritime law in the first place. Here’s an example, it would be just a silly if a person was in maritime court arguing his vessel has the right to be recognized as an independent living being. The maritime court judge would be cinfused given the fact that the boat is made of wood and doesn’t even have a torso, arms, legs and a brain. The judge would weigh the cost factor of how much time this argument will cost the court versus dismissing the case.
However, this does not mean The United States of America is not living under maritime law. If it is, then the courts that we are arguing in our cities, counties, state and federal land are not the correct courts for such arguments. If you are a vessel lost at sea, you do not go to land courts. You need an international maritime court.  But the Judiciary Act of 1789, the U.S. Congress placed admiralty and maritime law under the jurisdiction of the federal district courts. Parties may not contract out of admiralty jurisdiction and states may not infringe on admiralty jurisdiction, either judicially or legislatively. So, the sovereign has to go to federal court to argue their case. My point is, the system is corrupt and we can all agree to that. The system is designed to make money. It’s not designed to free us from taxation. You can be a sovereign, US citizen or both. But if you represent yourself as a vessel or boat, you need to know more than the average person including the judge and plaintiff you are arguing with. Picture this, a single mom of 8 kids whom works full time becomes a sovereign. She gets pulled over by the police and they search her vehicle for weapons and drugs. She gets a fine for speeding and a fine for refusing a breathalyzer. She has two choices. Hire an attorney that represents common law or argue herself via maritime law. Since she lives in corrupt land with corrupt court systems, she would do better arguing common law. That’s one scenario.
The other example is a man who owns 1,000 acres of land. The bureau of land management issued them an eviction notice for not paying property taxes and has a developer ready to turn it into a resort. The common law court has already been paid off and bribes were given. Stephane Bancel is the Moderna CEO and a French businessman whose networth is 4.1 billion now. In a deposition to the senate committee on health, he says he holds strong to his Jesuit values and is now a philanthropist. The Vatican gave him the Pontifical Hero Award for impacting billions by altering Adam’s DNA back to the Nephilim DNA just as in the days of Noah.

Now, could it be possible to send a signal via wirelessly to trigger a zombie apocalypse. Theoretically, yes. A computer chip and antenna can receive a signal from a cell tower to turn anything on but the patent for the graphene microchips doesn’t mention anything about receiving upgrades from cell towers. They were designed to send signals to cell towers only. To require such sophisticated send and receive computations require a hard drive. There are no hard drives. Just the ability to send data in real time until the energy sources stops working. This means it first gathers information when injected, then assembles and finally combine the information and send to cell towers in a repeat fashion. I’ve heard it can do much more and that it is fallen Angel technology but that is going way too far. 
The vials that 75% of all people worldwide took, contained 4 things. It is my view that the time of Jacob’s trouble corresponds to the great awakening first which is what we are in now, then the great falling away which is the 500 - 1600 years of breeding out the God gene and finally the seven-year tribulation of the end times.
Every year since Covid started, we read and see on social media that it just keeps getting worse. Natural and man made disasters, plagues, theft and war. People have already lost hope. These are the birth pangs that keep getting worse and worse as what a mother in labor goes through. A thousand years on earth is one day in heaven. This is a clue. Women typically give birth within 12 - 48 hours of their water breaking. Could the Covid worldwide mandate be the breaking of the water? This clue represents the breaking of the living waters Jesus was talking about. Breaking the dna and replacing the living with the dead. So, I suspect the 12 - 48 hours of giving birth is how long it will take in heaven before the return of Jesus. If so, what is that in earth years? Could this be how long we will go through Jacob’s trouble before the tribulation? 40 days on earth in 1 hour in heaven. By this calculation, 12 - 48 hours of giving birth to Satan’s kingdom times 40 days equals 480 - 1,920 years on earth. This sounds right because the earth was 1600 years old when Noah was born. And it will take at least 500 years to breed God completely out and make Christianity illegal. My best guess as to the coming of the son of man is in 1600 - 1700 years after 2020. The Vatican has to know this. Otherwise, why are they merging Christianity with Judaism and Islam for a one world religion? They want Baal and Molech worship. But they can’t kill all the Christians even with vaccines but Bill Gates said they can depopulate. This is where we will see 1/3rd of humanity be wiped out as it says in revelation. It will also take a long time to get rid of all those religions as well. It will take hundreds of years to merge iron and clay, too. This is the half breed of man and machine which could be nephilim and the giants. I doubt the fallen angels could germinate women’s eggs so they used technology and cybernetics. According to the elite and their masters, they are right on schedule.

That’s the first clue. How do you pray to a god you don’t know? The Pharisees didn’t believe in god. They believed their faith or religion gave them control and power thus when they appear to pray, it’s theater. Jesus didn’t know them because they didn’t believe in him. They used the religion for control and that’s it. So in order for your prayers to be heard, you have to have a one on one meeting with Jesus. 
To get this encounter, you need a true heart. Approach him by telling him the truth. You can’t love him if you don’t know him. That’s what I did. I realized that I loved the idea of him but I truly didn’t know him. All I knew were what the scripture say. That’s not him. Jeremiah 8:8 says “‘How do ye say, “We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us”? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain. This means the scribes have altered the true words. Which ones we don’t know. But my point is that, and I have to give a shout out to TikToker The War Within, who have me the meaning behind Peter leaving the comfort of the word by walking in water towards Jesus but sank when he looked back to the word. Peter looked back at the safety of the word or boat which was full of bread instead of just trusting in Jesus and continue walking on water. My moment of Peter on water is when I verbally said out loud I don’t love you. How can I if I don’t know you? That’s when I heard a stadium roar of cheer. It was audible yet not. I was scared and asked what was going on because I thought the lord would be disappointed. The opposite happened. He said there you are. Finally you are telling the truth. How can you love me if you don’t know me? Now, let’s start a relationship. 
After that, every night I would lie on my pillow and start asking questions. Who are you. Where are you. Why are you. What are you. The conversation would go back and forth from my own imagination. For a while it was just me talking to myself, but eventually, he started telling me things that I never would have thought of. You hear who like my channel and think I have answers but the truth is, Jesus was the one who told me all of my knowledge and wisdom. He gave me the discernment to piece things together and understand the big picture. It could never had happened unless I started to become honest with him. I told him everything about me and what I did bad or good. There is nothing I hide from him. And it’s a release of anxiety and fear, too. To be able to talk to your god like you do your best friend. After a while you start to understand and hear a voice that doesn’t sound like you. A personality of kindness, love and compassion. Never once has he completely rebuked me for something I did, rather he gently tells me it probably wasn’t a good choice and here is why. 
My relationship with The Father is different than the one with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Each have different personalities. The father gets to the point and wastes no time. Jesus will talk while hugging you and tell you that he’s proud of you while the Holy Ghost relates to every emotion you have because he lives inside you. The Holy Ghost is just as sensitive as we are. Your prayers and thoughts start to become his prayers and thoughts. You both combine in spirit and want the same things. Worldly desires, sin and the like just doesn’t interest you anymore. You start to sin less because it’s not your thing anymore and not because you were trying to. Then when you start to petition or pray for people or situations, your prayers get honed down to specific details. Details that need to be heard by the father. Your prayers become quick and done. Your authority is activated and your angels move at the speed of light to your requests. Specifics become a must as you can’t just pray for a person without knowing their name first. You also need to know the cause of the problem so you don’t waste time on praying for symptom relief. You start to see what ails people without having to ask. You start healing by command. The world opens up to you as an evil environment that you are just visiting for a time. you learn to not pray over people who say they want prayer but do not. You stop giving pearls to swine. You recognize the broken and know which ones you can help and which ones you can’t. 
Your prayers begin with honor, thanks and appreciation. Father, you are the king of kings. There are no thrones higher than yours. Thank you for sending your son to pay the atonement so we can be set right before you and your holy kingdom. Then after you recognize his authority, you ask for help for a person with a full name. You petition your request, command in the son’s name and command under your authority. You recognize these three things will settle anything you missed. Then you mention the cause and petition, command under the son and then under your authority to heal or bind. You then stop the enemy from stealing your prayer and blessing by binding him and all his hosts from hearing this prayer. Then give thanks again and walk out knowing all you said will come to pass. Remind the person you prayed for that it is finished and move in with their life. Don’t let the enemy steal the miracle through doubt and worldly thinking. So to make it simple, give thanks, command by your authority and in some hard cases us the name of Jesus, bind the enemy from hearing your prayer and from stealing it from your prospect.

What happens when a bully pushes, prods and berates their victims to the point of snapping? Remember in school when you witnessed the weakling finally had enough and stood up to the bully? They may have thrown a punch or two but the bully at first wins against the first retaliation. What happens to the weakling? Some give up. Some formulate a plan. Some hire bodyguards. But what happens to the bully? Do they revel in their victory and become stronger? Doubtful. The retaliation became a seed planted in their mind. Most bullies are all talk and use intimidation to get what they want. The seed started to grown when they water it with questions. Why did the weakling fight back? Why were they not afraid? And finally, what do they plan on doing? The bully knows what revenge is like. They understand the science of forces and motion. When you push a ball, it moves. And the bully knows his own weaknesses. When the time comes for the weakling to take the final stand, as they know that whatever they do or don’t do, this bully will continue the charade, thus a skillful and well executed plan of attack must be done and with that comes research, investigation, stake outs and perseverance. 
What goes up, must come down. Something with a meteoric rise to power or fame will eventually experience a fall from grace. The weakling, if provoked long enough, will come to understand the fundamentals of war, psychology and strategy. The majority of weaklings take shelter but the 10% that rise up are far more dangerous than the power they oppose. This is the chink in the armor of the bully. Underestimating the 1 out of 10 people they bully. Data doesn’t lie. The bully, if provoked too many weaklings, will fall from grace. And bullies at the height of their domination, overlook this fact every time. It doesn’t matter what weapons you have or how many people that stand behind you, all it takes is one carefully orchestrated event to take the whole thing down. In the case of the bully, the weakling finds out a personal price of information that if the school found out, would make him a laughingstock. One post online with a little evidence, could destroy that bully’s empire for good. The chink of his armor was humiliation. 
When push comes to shove, it is a fact that even the smallest army can defeat the largest. It doesn’t take strength, weapons or power, but wit and wisdom. You cannot defeat your enemy if you do not know the details about them. The patriots are the weaklings. Have we reached the climax of this tyranny where the patriots decide to do their homework? Instead of gossiping and speaking about stories that were created to steer us off track, like the current political actors guild and all their drama that comes with it, will we come together and create a database of control? Can us weaklings find out who the real players are and who control them thus exposing their weaknesses online as we continue to do the same but with symptoms instead of the cause? All I see on TikTok and other social media threads are what our bully wants us to talk about. Dead end stories that lead to more rabbit holes and time wasted. Should we focus on the entire story that got us here or in the ones who started the propaganda to begin with? 
The entire internet of things is mostly propaganda. What we see and hear online is paid for by the ones who are steering the boat. My show is all about the cause. We will never get to the names of the perpetrators if we fight about the propaganda they gave us to begin with. Who cares if there is a savior or not. We can’t rely on rumor to stop the tyranny. Wisdom is following the money and putting together a heiarchy of who controls what and why. If we had the names and contact information of the string pullers, we could bombard them with doxing, articles, spam, text and whatever communication protests we can, the whole world will finally see and understand what this bully is and what their weaknesses are. One website with a database structure of all the political powerhouses with money and their agenda for all to see is the chink in their armor. This can be achieved with no weapons, war and propaganda. The truth will set us free and the bullies will fall from grace. The question is, who will step up and start this gargantuan of a task and have the balls to see it through for the safety and protection of all mankind?

Here is Satan‘s conundrum. You have to understand the type of people that will do his will. They are narcissistic, power-hungry, greedy, wicked people. His conundrum is that what he rebelled for is what man on earth wants. He has to convince man that Satan has more power, and convince man that he cannot take over his kingdom. The idea that all of the royal families on earth do everything he says is wrong. They want out of the matrix just as bad as Satan and they all want to be God. The devil hates competition. Satan has to use them by lying to them offering riches, glory and power after they defeat God’s but, don’t rich men man do their homework? The Vatican knows the Bible and knows the fate of Satan, so why does the sons of Cain have to bow down to a washed up cherubim angel whose fate is clear? Could it be that man sometimes uses Satan and because Satan does not have the keys to death and hell can win the argument or use Satan and his power for their purposes? I believe man has tried to take over Satan’s power before because most of them don’t want to work for Satan. Think about it. Once you reach a certain amount of wealth where it would be impossible to spend your way into debt. What do you need Satan for to begin with? That’s the conundrum. This is also why the royal family’s fight against each other for power. Satan has no control over these families when they fight each other. Satan has to have a grand master plan to trick these families into an agreement so that they don’t war with each other. Satan wanted to be God and man wants to be Satan. They want his power. What event must happen to remove all of those men who decided they’re not interested in working with Satan anymore? Satan only has a select few who are actually diehard and will do everything Satan wants. Of the 3000 billionaires worldwide, a very low percentage are interested in following Satan and his plans for the antichrist. So this is why he must cull his kingdom on earth and remove 95% of all those who betrayed him after Satan gave them their riches. Just more proof that god exists and doesn’t infringe on free will. But satan doesn’t give a shit about free will. It man for that matter. Satan’s own pride will be the destruction of his kingdom and that’s his conundrum. This will be the testament for future spirits if they decide their way is better. The example of Satan and his pride will tell the tale of a being who destroyed all that God loved just to prove he had a better plan and a better way of life. This is why every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord because never gets in the way of us when we rebel. He allows us to find the truth and go through the tribulations to see what works and what doesn’t. I believe what we are witnessing right now is the families below the real Zoroastrian bloodlines are fighting the above. They missed their window of the tribulation to usher in the antichrist. Satan has lost all power over the world right now and that is why we are waking up. Soon, the dust will settle and a new witch hunt will happen just like it did 500 years ago. The royals will go underground and come back up to try again.

Let’s break down how the government actually works and what to expect in a few short years. Since 1876, we lost all our rights and constitution because Abraham Lincoln sold us out to international bankers to fund the civil war. Since then, we have been operating under a state of emergency act to bypass our laws altogether. Every president since then has signed the emergency act of powers to continue this coup. Every law and amendment passed regardless if it’s constitutional or not can be enforced until the emergency act is called off. Who can do that? The president. But none, including Trump, have done that. As long as we continue under emergency powers, not one person in federal office is held accountable for any action. The ones that appear to be punished later get off without offense. Basically Pardoned and get a board of director job for big corporations using insider knowledge. The scam continued until 1913 when they approved the federal reserve as the central bank and in 1933 to tax income. Again, no one can be held accountable because under emergency powers there are no rules. 
The third and final bankruptcy was up in 1999 and Russell Jay Gould did capture the title 4 flag. But, because the news media is owned by the international bankers, they continued to operate under the emergency powers act. The news media started using the phrase democracy replacing the republic. And as a bigger distraction executed the twin towers to partly stop Russell and David’s efforts to spread the word about the fact. 911 sparked a huge patriot movement that stopped Russell’s efforts entirely. As of today, there are only 300,000 sovereigns whom have signed up to the movement. After Covid, the movement gained traction again because the pandemic gave the people the time to pause and reflect on why they are on a lockdown to begin with. Us truthers have been putting information out for decades and our cry was finally heard. We managed to wake up 35% of the population and the powers to be need another distraction. Unfortunately, they can’t use the patriot card because we have convinced enough to see the truth.
Right now, a great awakening has occurred and the majority of the asleep will have to choose to lean toward us or them. Emergency powers will never stop. Cheating will never stop. As long as the illusion of a country is there, the people will co to us to obey it. Never before in history has a country been run this way where it lacks a flag, constitution and justice. It has no authority other than just a bully in the world stage if their military is feared. This is the perfect setup to rob other country’s resources and power because there technically isn’t a source to go after. This is why there are dozens of prophecies I’ve seen since the 80’s to now in China and Russia destroying the east and west coast. If they destroy the command centers and areas of power without invading, it could open up the possibility of a new country tan by the people again. New York, Washington DC, California and Washington State all have been prophesied to be destroyed by fire. But if Russia and China commit to such an endeavor, why stop there and hand our country back? Most likely, they will set the terms and we will not be the same anymore. 
Nuclear submarines have been spotted just a mile off the coasts numerous of times in our waters without any retaliation. The reason we don’t attack is we don’t have the authority. That is why we have paid for proxy wars and missionary companies like Blackwater. We do not have the right to invade nor defend ourselves. We don’t have a country or a flag. The only thing holding these countries back from invading is the corporations. The business agreements China has with America and NATO countries. Invading would set off word war III and China isn’t interested in that. Nor is Russia. In fact, Russia has more land mass than any other country and can survive by itself on its own resources without any help from others. The antagonist is the US military industrial complex and its passion for profit. Russia and China both have a flag and a country. It’s only a matter of time before The United States of America just goes bankrupt like the Soviet Union did. That would split the country apart and into several countries. I believe this is what everyone globally is waiting for. The federal reserve will take a loss of a little under a trillion dollars this year. That means bankruptcy. What happens next is governors of states meeting to form unions with their reserves. Most likely we will sell a lot of equipment on the black market just like the Soviet Union did. If you are a business person, you could make it rich by selling arms. And September 23rd is the beginning of fall. We have witnessed many stock market crashes in this date. I predicted the stock and house market crash in July but the fed raising interest rates bought them a few months. And when the fed goes bankrupt, who pays the 32 trillion in debt? We sell our surpluses or get bought out entirely. Regardless, we can’t reverse it.
