MK Ultra No Free Will

MK Ultra according to the freedom of information requests tells of CIA’s Allen Dulles in 1953 received approval to create a truth serum used for interrogations and learn about Russian techniques of mind control. Since project paperclip split the German scientists between Russia and America, America did not receive the mind control scientists as Russia did. Thus America was behind on those techniques. They created a serum that not only made them tell the truth, it also promoted illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public. Sidney Gottlieb helped with Another MK-ULTRA effort with Subproject 54, which was the Navy's top secret "Perfect Concussion" program, which used sub-neural frequency blasts to erase memory. Because most MK-ULTRA records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 by order of then CIA Director Richard Helms, it has been difficult for investigators to gain a complete understanding of the more than 150 - 171 individually funded research sub-projects sponsored by MK-ULTRA and MK-SEARCH. 
We can only get information from whistleblowers and satanic ritual abuse survivors as to how MK Ultra has been in use even today but under different names. One of the MK projects required the splitting of personalities by subjecting the victim to trauma. Through multiple personalities, the victim could do work for the government without even realizing it. Once the victim has performed their duties, their mind would be erased and put back into public. Scary given this was all done in the 60’s with precision. Any person in the military or secret service could be captured, drugged and sent out to commit a crime yet not even know why or when they did it. I believe this type of technology could have been perfected and honed down to the dna level where frequencies can set off an individual and their own bodies can produce truth serum and a form of mind control. In example, if the military wanted to use you to commit a crime, as long as they have your frequency, they can program your dna to create the truth serum inside your body. Also, they can use frequencies to train your brain to make you an enemy. You won’t know why but you will have hate towards someone. And they can send frequencies to make you commit a crime and then forget about it. This requires a command center inside your body to send and receive signals. This was the pandemic trick to get a majority of the population under dna mind control. 
MK Ultra was supposedly disbanded in the 60’s after Congress got wind of such ultimate power. The secret service just changed names and continued the research. Now with satellites and cell towers, anyone can be a walking assassin. Or worse, vote for whoever they want you to. I believe the mRNA gene therapy drug helped the government hack into our genetic bios. Not only did the government change your dna, they added a computer inside you with an antenna that sends information to central command. The cover story is for central bank digital currency carbon tracking but it’s much more sinister. They can make you do things that you would never do. All through the push of an enter key. And if you resist, they can go back to the old ways. So to sum up, the government doesn’t need to do satanic ritual abuse to split your personality, or drug your food and water anymore. If you took the Covid control vaccine, you now are a soldier in their army of control. You have no free will if they decide it. They can implant thoughts and change your body’s chemicals to respond to their wishes. They can also turn off functions in your body to unalive you any time they want. And no one will believe the conspiracy theorists because they will be drugged by the same cia who perfected external mind control back then to internal mind control now. 
Let’s say they want to everyone with an IP address to stop believing in god, which is 70% of the population. All they have to do is send the message to all the people who took the shot. Their dna will program their body to respond to orders. The orders will be something like turn off the vmat2 serum and erase any memory with the word faith in it. Just a simple example but since the majority of the population took the weapon, they now have full control of their bodies, choices and decisions. Right now, they are perfecting it by working out the bugs as its brand new tech. The vaccine program will upgrade the hardware and software as the years go by. This means the controllers need more pandemics and scare events to continue until every last one of us are their slaves. All thanks to the German scientists who tried to fight the bankers and lost. We are a few years away from losing all our free will and independence since the bankers now have control of the body and temple. Word War 3 is Coming and Here is Why

This means she and the Democratic Party are working for the Breakespears. This is the family that controls BRICS which is the new Central banking system that will put the east in debt to the bankers. We arguably have had a New World order ever since the end of World War I when Germany fought the bankers. Unfortunately, they lost. The bankers controlled Germany for World War II and that’s when the atrocities really started to happen. The two families that have controlled duality on earth through the Society of Jesus have had control, from my research, at least since the year 1000. Back then they were the called the Guelphs & the Ghibellines. The breakspears were the family that controlled the dark ages and in the year 1500, the Orsini family took them out and started the progressive age. The Democratic Party is working for the east. The Republican party is working for the west. Or to put it more bluntly, the Federal Reserve and BRICS. The Republican party under Orsini control wants to keep the federal reserve as the power structure because it controls 95% of all world currency right now. The East only controls 5% and that is all about to change because the east took control of America under Bush, and their power can put opposition in jail as we have now seen. Every 500 years one of the two families go underground and they create a tribunal to execute the so-called evil that has controlled the world. The last tribunal was the Spanish Inquisition which were supposed to take out the Knights Templars but instead they executed non-denominational Christians. This slide of hand satisfied the world as a new power structure came into play which is capitalism and that is the Orsini family. Now the world is coming into World War III just as predicted by the freemason’s god father Albert Pike whom wrote morals and dogma. Albert Pike planned three world wars and the last one will be a holy war which will convince the world to stop religion or outlaw it. Their idea of a utopia is 500 million people and no more as was written on the georgia guidestones. Which will be ruled by their Messiah, if they come. If the people do not fall for this or if the the messiah does not come, and by the way, the messiah will be projected as the Anunnaki who ruled here before, then they will stage a cover up that will control the world until the return of the alien king. This will be all of the technology that has been covered up since we took the scientists from Germany after world war 2. Antigravity machines, lasers and lightshows under project blue beam and real tech to convince the population we are under attack from some alien threat as Reagan mentioned would bring the world together. By 2050, farms will be outlawed and owned by the government. Travel will be in cities on bikes and oil will be controlled for plastics and not fuel. Human Intervention Transgenderism

Back in the 1920’s Germany was working on transgenders in a Berlin clinic. The Institute for Sexual Research, also known as the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft, was the first transgender clinic in the world, opening in Berlin in 1919. Founded by Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld, a young doctor who specialized in sexual health, the institute was a pioneer in modern gender-affirming health care. It offered a variety of services. The institute also employed transgender people as staff, including receptionists and maids, and some clients were transgender as well. In 1922, Rudolph “Dorchen” (Little Dora) Richter became one of the first identifiable recipients of gender confirmation surgery at the institute, requesting an orchiectomy. Hirschfeld initially advised against sexual reassignment surgeries, but later came to support them as a way to prevent suicide among trans patients. Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld was a gay Khazarian Jew physician who practiced the Talmud and believed his sexology would help bring in their Jewish messiah. 
According to the Zionist Khazarian Talmud, which is a a bastardized version of the Torah mixed with paganism, they believe there are 8 Talmudic genders called Zachar male, Nekevah female, androgen which is both male and female, Tumtum lacking both male and female characteristics, Aylonit Hamah female at birth but naturally developed male characteristics. Aylonit Adam, female at birth but develop male characteristics through human intervention. Saris Hamah, male at birth but naturally developing female characteristics and Saris Adam, male at birth but develops female characteristics through human intervention. History records his practice was taken out by the Nazis but it actually was incorporated into the Nazi human experimentation to create their God’s perfect specimen of the Arian race. Magnus Hirschfeld was a sex magician who studied under Aleister Crowley. 
The justification for bringing about a push for human intervention on sexual perversion comes straight from the works of Helena Blavatsky who said their plan is to use the perversion against the typical family and destroy it. They believe this will make the perfect species of workers in the future who have no desire for sex not have sexual reproductive organs. This puts the control back to the aristocracy while they remove 7 billion people from this earth as their masters want only 500 million. Then they laugh at us for fighting over sex and religion when god never was angry about it to begin with. The war between hetero and homo is a fabrication for control. All of this technology has been around for a few decades so it’s old spy tech. There used to be an app that you could record your surroundings and map out your entire inside of your house by just walking around with your cell phone. I couldn’t find it but 10 years ago, I did this to my house and was shocked at the accuracy down to labels of products in my house. The microphones inside a cell phone are high tech and very sensitive. They have the ability to pick up sound outside of your house. This data is collected and with AI can verify where you are and what your neighbors are doing. Apple isn’t one of the largest companies in the world because it’s user friendly and cool looking. They are a quasi government contractor that hides their evil under a private corporation. So, now we have explored that they can see and hear everything you do with amazing clarity, the issue at hand is reading your mind. This would require understanding your body’s frequency. Not everyone has the exact channel as the tuning to your energy requires a dial. The phones can definitely dial and listen. And when you find the frequency, you need to decode it.

We are not there yet. So you can breathe a sigh of relief. But the technology of tracking and artificial intelligence can pattern out your motives and objectives. This is why pre-crime could actually become a real thing. Technology has advanced to the point where if the government was spying on you as the allegations above have stated, they could predict and put a percentage on the probability of you committing a crime before it happens. Control has been accomplished. If an entity with access to this technology wanted to frame you, it would be so simple. Although the cell phone cannot plant thoughts or read them, it gives so much information about you that it could predict what you want and thinking about. Combined with marketing tools that study your habits, phrases sent to you and video created for you could theoretically plant thoughts without intrusion. For example, if you need a new bed but can’t afford it, your phone in conjunction with sharing information about your buying habits, can create an ad tailored specifically for you in real time. If they collect the percentage of how much you typically spend for goods, they can find a supplier for the price that you most likely would justify moving forward. Then, all of a sudden, you are seeing advertisements for 50% off of the mattress you were looking for. It’s not mind reading but it’s crossing a line of privacy that has not been addressed in Congress. The future has been here. It just doesn’t have flying cars and cities in the clouds.
