MK Ultra No Free Will

MK Ultra according to the freedom of information requests tells of CIA’s Allen Dulles in 1953 received approval to create a truth serum used for interrogations and learn about Russian techniques of mind control. Since project paperclip split the German scientists between Russia and America, America did not receive the mind control scientists as Russia did. Thus America was behind on those techniques. They created a serum that not only made them tell the truth, it also promoted illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public. Sidney Gottlieb helped with Another MK-ULTRA effort with Subproject 54, which was the Navy's top secret "Perfect Concussion" program, which used sub-neural frequency blasts to erase memory. Because most MK-ULTRA records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 by order of then CIA Director Richard Helms, it has been difficult for investigators to gain a complete understanding of the more than 150 - 171 individually funded research sub-projects sponsored by MK-ULTRA and MK-SEARCH. 

We can only get information from whistleblowers and satanic ritual abuse survivors as to how MK Ultra has been in use even today but under different names. One of the MK projects required the splitting of personalities by subjecting the victim to trauma. Through multiple personalities, the victim could do work for the government without even realizing it. Once the victim has performed their duties, their mind would be erased and put back into public. Scary given this was all done in the 60’s with precision. Any person in the military or secret service could be captured, drugged and sent out to commit a crime yet not even know why or when they did it. I believe this type of technology could have been perfected and honed down to the dna level where frequencies can set off an individual and their own bodies can produce truth serum and a form of mind control. In example, if the military wanted to use you to commit a crime, as long as they have your frequency, they can program your dna to create the truth serum inside your body. Also, they can use frequencies to train your brain to make you an enemy. You won’t know why but you will have hate towards someone. And they can send frequencies to make you commit a crime and then forget about it. This requires a command center inside your body to send and receive signals. This was the pandemic trick to get a majority of the population under dna mind control. 

MK Ultra was supposedly disbanded in the 60’s after Congress got wind of such ultimate power. The secret service just changed names and continued the research. Now with satellites and cell towers, anyone can be a walking assassin. Or worse, vote for whoever they want you to. I believe the mRNA gene therapy drug helped the government hack into our genetic bios. Not only did the government change your dna, they added a computer inside you with an antenna that sends information to central command. The cover story is for central bank digital currency carbon tracking but it’s much more sinister. They can make you do things that you would never do. All through the push of an enter key. And if you resist, they can go back to the old ways. So to sum up, the government doesn’t need to do satanic ritual abuse to split your personality, or drug your food and water anymore. If you took the Covid control vaccine, you now are a soldier in their army of control. You have no free will if they decide it. They can implant thoughts and change your body’s chemicals to respond to their wishes. They can also turn off functions in your body to unalive you any time they want. And no one will believe the conspiracy theorists because they will be drugged by the same cia who perfected external mind control back then to internal mind control now. 

Let’s say they want to everyone with an IP address to stop believing in god, which is 70% of the population. All they have to do is send the message to all the people who took the shot. Their dna will program their body to respond to orders. The orders will be something like turn off the vmat2 serum and erase any memory with the word faith in it. Just a simple example but since the majority of the population took the weapon, they now have full control of their bodies, choices and decisions. Right now, they are perfecting it by working out the bugs as its brand new tech. The vaccine program will upgrade the hardware and software as the years go by. This means the controllers need more pandemics and scare events to continue until every last one of us are their slaves. All thanks to the German scientists who tried to fight the bankers and lost. We are a few years away from losing all our free will and independence since the bankers now have control of the body and temple. This is why the Bible says everyone will willingly take the mark and not fight against the beast.
